Carrier tasked us with taking an audit of their existing service technician apps with the hopes of consolidating them into a single app. Auditing and consolidating 10 different mobile applications is no easy task, and it was made especially difficult due to the nature of the applications. The apps were very technical, but had poorly-thought out logic. I had about a month to audit, design, and test a prototype to present a recommendation to the client. After a very successful round of testing, I came up with this solution, which gives service technicians the ability to easily look up a model and find all related tools, literature, and parts. I also developed a handoff guide for our developer partner. This ended up being one of the most complicated projects I've worked on, as well as one of my favorites.
